Terms of Service

Payments

We accept cash, check, and Venmo as payment methods. All payments are due by the first scheduled service of each month unless otherwise arranged.

  • If payment is not received within 5 days of the due date, a $10 late fee will be added to your balance.

  • If payment is more than 10 days late, services will be temporarily paused until payment is made in full.

  • Returned checks will result in a $25 fee to cover bank processing charges.

If you're ever having trouble making a payment, please reach out—we’re happy to work with you on a solution. Communication is key, and we always aim to be fair and flexible.

Missed Services (Access Issues)

If we can’t access your yard due to locked gates, blocked entry, or loose dogs, you’ll still be charged your regular rate. We’ll return the following week and remove the accumulated waste. If you need to pause or skip a visit, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice via text, email, or phone call.

Holidays

If your service falls on a major holiday, we’ll postpone it to your next regularly scheduled day the following week. We continue service as usual and scoop any extra buildup.

Our Team’s Time Off

We’re currently a small family ran show — and sometimes need a break. We’ll always do our best to notify you in advance.

Gates & Yard Access

We do our best to keep your pups safe and your gates secure, but we can’t be held responsible for pets escaping due to faulty latches or broken gates. Please make sure your gate closes securely. If we notice a problem, we’ll let you know!

Service Cancellation

please give us at least 24 hours’ notice via text, email, or phone call. No hard feelings, but we’ll miss your pups.

Scheduling

We aim for consistency, but life happens! We’ll always communicate if your service day needs to change and appreciate your understanding as a local, family-run business.

Weather Policy

Safety comes first. We do not scoop in unsafe conditions like heavy snow, ice, flooding, or extreme temps. We’ll reschedule service as needed and remove any buildup on the next visit.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If something doesn’t meet your expectations, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll come back to make it right (usually same day!). Revisit requests made after the 24-hour window may require a standard service fee. We’re committed to leaving you — and your yard — happy.
